In highly frequented locations such as train stations, the opinion holds that the frequency quantity directly influences sales. After the COVID phase, purchasing behavior has changed dramatically, especially for food in public spaces. To remain a successful player in the market, Valora wants to shift its focus from quantity to quality while learning more about its customers.
