Despite increased challenges in the fashion industry, the Liberty Woman label has positioned itself successfully in the long term. More than 100 stores in German-speaking countries have performed very well. The company now wants to repeat this success with a targeted expansion to continue growing.

The challenge lies in identifying the factors that are responsible for local as well as cross-store success. The label wants to find locations for possible expansion that already have all the success factors - just without a Liberty Woman store.
